Our Interior Painting Process

Me and my partner will come to your home to discuss with you about exactly what you are after. We can assist you to select the best colours and finishes for your home. Whether you hire us or not, the following our process is the best way to get the results you desire. This is the process we follow on all our interior painting projects to ensure each one meets our high standards.

1. Furniture and Belongings

All furniture and blinds need to be removed away from the painting surface, you can use our service to do this for you or you can do it yourself. We take care to keep your home clean and tidy so you can keep on living while protecting your furniture and belongings from damage.

2. Covering

Any surface that will not be painted will be covered or masked off before the project. Plastic will cover any furniture or floors to eliminate possible damage.

3. Cleaning Plaster and Patch Up any Holes.

The surface must be clean and dry before we begin, we will wipe down all surfaces to ensure the best paint adhesion. Holes, cracks, or missing texture will be repaired in drywall before the painting process begins. All loose paint will be scraped away, and surfaces sanded where needed before we begin painting.

4. Painting

Typically, we spray ceilings first to apply an even coat, then paint walls with two coats of paint.

5. Clean Up

All coverings furniture will be removed by us, and we will clean up the area once the painting is completed.

6. Inspection

Every completed interior painting job is inspected for quality by Enzo, you will get a chance to review it before you sign off on the job completion.
